Brain Gym® or Educational Kinesiology (Edu-K) is an action-oriented educational program that uses simple movements to enhance learning. Brain Gym® was originally developed to assist children with learning difficulties. Brain Gym's scope has been expanded to include stress reduction, performance enhancement and life goal realization.

This program was founded by Paul E. Dennison, Ph.D., and Gail Dennison.  Brain Gym® is now used in educational and business settings worldwide.

How does It Work?
Brain Gym® techniques integrate the whole brain eliminating learning blocks and allowing information to flow freely. Brain Gym® supports the development of efficient neuropathways. In the process, unproductive emotional patterns are released. Brain Gym® movements free our innate ability to learn and reach our highest potential.

Benefits include improvements in academics: reading, writing, math, communication, and movement abilities. Brain Gym® assists in clearing emotional stress, improving communication at home, school, and in the work place, and in manifesting inner and outer success.
